    Have 2006 9900i. Front heater quit. Sleeper heater is working. Need know where front heater blower is and how to access it

    Located under the passenger seat. Remove the seat. Then the metal panel.

    Yes, as Lostkeys says......take the four bolts out of plate under passenger seat, lift it out and it's all right there. While you are in there make sure you clean the filter that is on the side of the seat base. You can see it there when you open the cab door.

    Make sure to replace the fan speed resistor while you are under there.
