I never moved it or had an accident in this truck this was my first accident. I have already replaced the def system and injectors. I think I already have injectors problems again. The only real I would want to keep is because I am at a year left of payments. I got private owner I met that owned the tow service that has 2016 with 300,000 miles on it he has already replaced the injects and def and under factory warranty still said he would sale his 2016 for 60,000 he wants it to go to good home.

Yes, I have insurance and they said I am covered. I would really like to try to find out if I can really reject repairs and it being fixed and total it. I have a year left of payment I old just about 14,000 on it or so. So I filed a claim.

rookie mistake buying this truck. I missed out on a lot of stuff and a lot of stuff I did not check an expensive lesson. My next truck I am well prepared to buy now and know what to do and look for.

You can also see where the frame rail is ripped, its following a square cut, whoever did the work should have doubled up the frame over the splice.Very shabby work. Make it a single axle and sell it.Did the same thing myself when I was a rookie backing into a deep hole in NYC,not as bad but I learned a valuable lesson.I know it's obvious, but when backing in a spot where the trailer tandems are lower or higher then the tractors, always make sure the rig is straight or near straight, and take your time, rushing while backing spells trouble.

You are equipment owner. If you think something customer wants you to do will damage your equipment refuse it. They will try to convince you many drivers did it, they will fix it if something happens, don't trust.
