Western Express Flatbed Hit & Run In Ohio

Am I missing something here? It looks obvious to me that the WE truck swerved into the other truck then took the split and sped away. Why all the back and forth on this? Or is everyone just playing around.

At 43 seconds you can see the Western Express truck cross the lines, make contact and then back into his original lane. With just a little effort one can enhance the video and get a unit number. I believe the Western Express driver displayed such poor driving skills he really may have not realized he made contact. He does now.
About a month ago I delivered a brand new trailer to their HQ in Nashville. On a Friday. I watched the group of drivers who "graduated" that week walk across the parking lot and were assigned tractors on their first dispatch. I was underwhelmed by that and everything i saw at the facility.

 

I think the contact is mutual. Both drivers wanted the same lane. It was bound to happen because of the governor wars downgrade to the split the left hand driver had no room to take the right hand exit and tried to rush it.

 

I'm not being argumentative here but I swear I don't see what all the hubbub is about it looks to me like the guy in the white truck is in his Lane doesn't move and all of a sudden out of nowhere the Western Express truck swerves to the left and hits him and takes off. Someone get this man my message because I do want to hear how him or anyone else thinks there's an argument to be made on behalf of Western Express

 

Another reason I hate that company with a passion. EVERY time one of their drivers so much as gets near me I could wager they’ll do something stupid.
