I currently insure with state farm on my 2 personal vehicles and think my rates are high considering they spend most of they're time in the garage and have a perfect mvr .
    2010 impala ltz ...full coverage
    2001 dodge caravan ...liability .
    130.00 a month .
    What do you pay ?

Farm Bureau 2000 Corvette $1,000 deductible full coverage. $244 every six months. 54 year old male clean driving record Tennessee. When I lived in Nebraska it seemed like mine was a little bit higher than here. What you're paying seems awful steep to me.

I gotta 2012 Silverado 2500 with full coverage and a 2005 Saturn Vue liability only. I go thru Metromile out of San Francisco who started covering Pennsylvania 5 years ago. The truck costs me $26/month plus $0..048/mi and the Saturn goes $11/month and $0.034/mi. Everything is online with no agents but they do have a 800 number for emergencies. Been with them for 3 years now. Last year (2018) the truck was $785 total and the Vue was $187 total. Both sit all week but meet PA's insurance requirements for on street parking.

Maybe you should call a few other companies and inquire about what they would charge for the same coverage.

Or, is that just too logical?

If you can qualify for them they are hard to beat... customer service has always been top notch in my experiences.

The credit union I currently have are now offering car insurance, I haven't ask for a quote yet although I did asked for home insurance, lets just say all state is a lot cheaper.
