That goes to the shop.
You need to have a technician to put a computer on it to learn what it is doing.
Im going on the assumption that your company did not somehow impose a fleet speed governed at 53. There would be a mass quitting.
The weather certainly has been a impact anything under -20 in recent history has the potential to gel fuel and all the damage that goes along with it. Im thinking the post 2007 fuel with water or other things in it that easily gets bad in very cold situations would be a persistent problem.
Normally my advice would be to tell you to get dispatch to run you to load in Florida and stay there a week or two. But the today's computer trucks are too sensitive, particularly when half the stuff is not quite doing right in this bad winter cold. You can blame that on our engineers and zeal for clean air. -
Use a light to look in your fuel tanks. Is the fuel clean?
My fuel gelled a couple weeks ago. Had to use 911 and then added fuel treatment. When the fuel cleared there was a lot of black particles floating in fuel. I had to change filter once.
Keep changing the filter. -
I would start with a large bottle of 911 if you haven't already, then a bottle of Howes in each tank with fresh fuel. If that doesn't do it let us know and can go from there. Don't worry about the dosage on the bottle your going to want to overdose it first time through.

DO NOT over treat your fuel! This will cause injector stiction and more problems. Get your fuel tested for contamination, gelling or even just ice crystals.

I thought this was a prime thread lol

Guys, here is update, we replace couple filters, last one was completely white, but clogged. Tomorrow i will inspect fuel tanks, for over treat, this theory can be possible, we add bunch of adittives. I will keep you posted, for now truck is going 71 mph just with new filter. Tomorrow i am bringing him to the shop
xsetra Thanks this. -
The problem is that the truck is not a "him". She is a her and she demands all your time and respect, just like the other women she is. Free advice and worth every penny.
