I got the Minimizer 103018. Size 42” W x 80” L x 10” H. Ordered it from Raney's. I got this one about six months ago...think it was about $1,100. It is nothing short of fabulous....I miss it if I have to spend a night away from it...few others can equal the comfort and support. Somehow they design it with two choices of firmness depending upon which side you put up. I use the firmest side.

The only drawback, aside from the cost, is that it makes it mighty difficult to raise the lid to get underneath the bunk when that is necessary. I can't store much under there anyway because I have APU plumbing in there, but should that stuff need servicing, it will be difficult. I can't imagine trying to remove the mattress once it is in there...hopefully, I'll never need to. I'll have this truck for 30 more months and at that point the mattress can just stay in there and I'll get another in my next truck...it won't likely be the same size anyway.

After being a die hard Volvo guy, this Star is better riding etc. Than any of the 3 Volvos I've owned. And this isn't even air ride on steer axle, seats are way more comfortable, only five 1 trip in it from Nashville to Carson CA via Omaha NE. Averaged a little over 6mpg, that's with the dd16 and dd12 tranny hoping it will get better with time.
All in all I like the truck.
