    Thought I'd fill you in...i changed WP but no luck for me. I also changed my pressure cap because I could suck and blow through it quite easily. The new cap I could not so I hoped that might solve my issue. Also no luck. Going to try a bubble test again from the fill cap by using my extra cap and putting a fitting and hose on it.
    I also noticed my air compressor seems to be clacking a bit when it's running...not sure why but never noticed it before.
    After I'm done testing this stuff...I guess head gasket or injector cups would be my next probable causes.

    Thats too bad, I am pretty sure all these isx compressors clack. Mine sounds like an old big cam cummins when the compressor is running.

    Drop the oil pan, pressurize the coolant system to 20 psi and wait. It helps if you have someone to bar the motor over while you look for this... Coolant.jpg

    That is not your compressor clacking it is the gears in the front structure.
