Well our long range is predicting that Wednesday will ge the last of the snow for a while. With a possible early spring this year. I hope so, we would love to be able to use the drain in the house correctly. As it is presently? We have to melt the ice ontop of the septic tank just to flush the toilets.

It will be interesting next spring to see whether the effluent has fertilized the lawn. Or the salt has killed the lawn.

I know the only reason for the drought in my area (Sacramento) is because every freaking time it rains even a little bit they dump all the water from the reservoirs. It's like hello they are for water storage so maybe try to store water in them. Although this year with the snow pack in the sierras maybe the lower levels make sense for flood control. The last couple years with little snow they still dumped the reservoirs WTF. The water behind the damns couldn't fill a proper swimming pool.

Yep. Taking a load up to Portland Monday at 05:30, deliver at 06:30 Tuesday. Load back to Sacramento Tuesday for delivery in Sac on Wednesday. Then Turlock to Kent WA Wed night through Friday. Looking for a load home Friday afternoon. This is assuming that the roads won't be too bad from snow. I just got all of the red lava rock dust washed off my truck from last week, and now I have to drive through that crap again. It gets into everything. Unhooked my trailer a few days ago and it was metal on metal around the edges from all the grit that got into the grease on the skid plate. I hate that stuff.
