Inside a terminal?

You are inside a terminal? Not driving out on public roads? If that's correct, then I would think you're exempt from all hours of service. If you are out on public roads, then it would depend on your location. If you are far enough north, then yes, you can drive 15hrs (north of the 60th parallel)

Yeah inside a terminal has no jurisdiction with road laws. Your question should be directed to the department of labor. You driving long hours behind a gate isn’t hazard to the General public

I driveing 200 meters between gates.Cam Roberts Thanks this.

7 days a week with just enough time left over to sleep. Legal or not that can't be worth it.
Just starting out you sometimes take what you can get, pay your dues so to speak but them dues are too high. wow -
It's not worth it. You will burn out, get tired then cranky and boom something happens. Suddenly you are unemployed and for what?

I just got my drivers licence in January!

Is that on private property the whole time, or do you go outside onto public roads?
What province are you in?
Does the Safety Fitness Certificate/CVOR state Federal or Provincial (there should be a copy in the cab)? -
You’re Fired! -Boss
When he finds out his new donkey isn’t dragging trailers around his terminal and wasting his time posting questions on this forum.Lovilaca Thanks this.
