[I'm not going to get into this conversation because I know less than zero about diesel engines & less about DEF but.. I learned long ago on old pre-80's gas engines.... look at the simple stuff. Possibly a bad sensor rather than the system itself?]

The pressure sensor is internal to the dosing unit/pump and has allready been replaced.

Low or erratic DEF pressure.
Don't know about Cummins, but Detroit has a little tiny filter where the def line goes into the def injector.
Funny thing is, the def system on a Detroit is made by Cumminsmhyn Thanks this. -
I'm curious to know if you were able to get the problem resolved... I'm having exact same issues already spent 4k

Were you able to find the problem? Same thing happening to me with my 2013 cascadia already dropped $4k and light came back up.
