CR England Phase 2

It has been several years since I went through the CR England training phases. I remember though that I hated my phase 1 trainer, he was a jack--- that would yell at me when I started driving when the stoplight turned green because he was thinking it was still red on three occasions, but then he goes and smokes the brakes going though Colorado.

Phase 2 though was great. I already had the basics down and the trainer was the kind of guy you would want to be teamed with permanently. We did a few cross country hauls between coasts without any trouble.

The testing they do after each phase was simple enough that I can barely remember any of it. A few days in the classroom. At the end of phase 2 they gave me and a friend a brand new truck to team otr with. I remember that they will push for teams if going otr so try and make a friend while in the classroom. Or look at what other accounts they have available.

 

I remember that picture from 2013 when I was going through company training. The driver said he tried to go through the airport parking lot because that is what the gps told him to do.
