There's a bunch of them. Depends on which city you are near. Some cities have a lot of cdl a permit jobs and some don't have any.

JOB SUMMARY
For a minimum of 30-60 days you will assist drivers in unloading of product at customer locations and be evaluated to go to a certified truck school to obtain your Commercial Drivers License.

• Must have a Class A CDL permit and Current Medical DOT Card
• Ability to work any day and any shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout route
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Not trying to hijack this thread but no China, I still have my CDL-B, but I am still trying to get the A, but these schools are a fortune here in SE Massachusetts, NETTTS, Parkers, all the same pretty much, lack driving time and only give you the bare minimum to pass IF you do pass. I never passed, mostly because I knew that the schools might not be a good fit for me. So I declined going
I am at a loss right now, but renew the A permit every year. Sygma looks like a possibility. I appreciate the help. Ideally, I would like to try a company like Nussbaum who are mostly in Illinois or Hutt Trucking but they only are currently hiring out of Michigan right now ...

 

V3 Transportation will hire you with that CDL-B or a CDL-A Permit. The catch is, it's teams only and you must bring a team mate with you because they don't pair teams that don't know each other.
