How tragic thaqt Kenmar wouldn't know the divine goodness of Blue Bell icecream. That makes me very sad and as a true friend I shall eat his share.

Flyin, there's a long and short answer to the question of why Phoenix and not San Antonio. The long one involves my husband and I changing our lives completely so I'll not bore you with that. The short answer is: our grandsons live in the Phoenix area with one of our beautiful daughters and our son-in-love. They wanted us to live with them so currently we do.

Grandbabies were the ONLY thing that could have gotten me out of Texas.

 

Thank you so much! Actually my husband has already been assigned his truck and it's a 2009 International. He likes it. However, we're told we'll probably be reassigned trucks once I'm done with school because we'll be teaming and thus will get a bigger truck. I'll be happy with either.


I'm sure I'll be pming! Road training begins tomorrow so I'm getting nervous again! LOL

Okie dokie hun, you just whip that dead horse a while longer because it doesn't matter to me. You see, I can now back like a freaking dream. Oh I'm sure that I'm going to make a ton of mistakes once I get on the road. No doubt about that. I'll be new and inexperienced, just as you were once upon a time. However one day down the road in a few years I'll be more experienced then I'll see some new rookie with some company and I'll remember all the comments. I just hope I remember to give that newbie the encouragement and support that my friends on this board gave me.
