Where are you checking oil pressure? Factory gauge? Sounds like you threw a bucnch of parts at it without hooking up a different gauge to the side of the block. There’s a lot of ways you can see if you have oil psi. One quick way is to unscrew your oil filter a few turns and see if oil shoots out all over the sides of it.
-
Before I changed any parts I pull the oil feed line off the compressor and checked to see if anything was coming out.
-
That’s a start. Check another spot to verify
-
What model engine do you have?
-
Maxxforce 13 I do believe
-
Hmm, those do not have oil lines feeding the air compressor, direct oil feed through the block.
-
Well this line comes out of the block tied in with the oil pressure switch going to the bottom of the compressor in a #4 hose
-
Ok, you probably have Maxxforce DT,9 or 10 series.
-
Unscrew oil filter 3 or 4 turns so it’s completed unseated. Have some start up truck while you watch. Yeah it will be a mess but you will sure as hell know you have oil pressure and then you can be done with this and no for sure. How bout it @Heavyd
