I'm a new owner operator and this will be my first lease. Are there any red flags that I need to look for? Are leases pretty much the same between companies or do they very a lot. Thanks for any advice.

Look for things like hidden fees. If they have an escrow account that they hold your money. Is there a penalty for leaving before a certain period of time. Look for things that they can charge back to you, like if you pull containers and get a blowout.
It's probably best to have a lawyer go over it. I'm sure someone here can contribute more.bryan21384 Thanks this. -
