That’s the strange part to me. I have never seen a business owner make it so hard for customers to talk to him. Plus he refuses to answer questions from what I understand. Thanks to YouTube videos (free advertising) he’s doing okay, I’m sure. -
From what i hear about bobs,at best its hit or miss....
If ya wants a fine tuned radio ask rabbi to mention it to mark...last i did hear he was way backed up on orders n repairs....
As for answering questions,he expects you to do the work but some he will answer..
Its worth the wait BUT confirm those details with him when you order.. -
I would be grateful if he could do that for me but I don't want to burden anyone but if there is anyone around the western pa areas that you guys think is a great tech that or a great tech that has a website I can buy a radio from that would be awesome I'm fairly new in the cb world I just got my cdl like 4 years ago and when I started driving I was introduced into the cb world and all the guys I work with make fun of me at this point because I just keep aquiring more and more radios because of power gains and things like that but everyone around my way goes to Bob and even a guy at work that is running a 2970n4 is only talking and hearing like 4 miles and I see all you guys saying your getting in and out like 10 miles and longer and I would love to learn how to get my radio to that level and find a tech to make my radio capable of that

He has a nice shop with a large inventory and decent prices. He's not much of a tuner, although he seems to do decent repairs.

If I may ask you seem to be pretty well schooled on the cb world if you could give me a good tech to get a sr-955 tuned I would appreciate the help I know your big into fine tune but I'm not going to ask you to get ahold of him for me like allot of other ppl do mainly because I don't feel like I know enough about all of it for him to deal with me anyhow so if you could give me a name of a tech that has a website or someway for me to order a radio from and receive through the mail I would really appreciate it I'm amazed at the distance you guys are saying your getting and I would like to have a radio that I know is capable of reaching those distances and keep learning how to get it further

Study up on antenna stuff..That in itself will get you out..That fella with the n4 only doin a few miles has a really really really really bad tune or poor poor poor ant set up..
With a 400+ watt radio he should be gettin a lil more than 4 or so miles.. -
Try DTB Radio.

Thanks I will do I really appreciate it

His radio is tuned by Bob and he runs a 102" whip on the bumper pole on his truck
