I have seen guys wash their trucks , do logs, Park for a shower, park to sleep, nothing surprises me any more.

I know a couple good spots where I live and would prefer to wash my truck there than the stupid island where fumes and grease collect. Bad spot for a fire if you smoke.

You and I both!
Couple of years back, at a truckstop near my home, I grabbed a windshield wash brush that unknown to me, a previous driver had used to clean hub oil that was leaking on pretty aluminum wheels. Apparently the stuff had soaked into the bristles of the brush, then I put it on my windshield. I was able to get it off the glass, but had to replace the wiper blades; in a light rain, it would make that darn oily film across the windshield. The fuel desk girl later told me I was the second victim of the oily brush. -
When I leave the fuel island, that water isn't from washing my truck, it's from taking a free shower hahahaha
Just kiddin. It ticks me off to have to wade through all that water as well. If only you knew how many guys piss behind their fuel tanks while fueling. Daggum Peterbilt drivers............lol -
Grrr, now those guys annoy the crap out of me.
Even when they pull through, we can be done fueling up and then we are stuck behind this yahoo who is probably inside for his monthly shower.

I was a week behind on my log-sorry
-
I'll do that on the pull forward side to grab some coffee and hit the restroom, sometimes i'll grab a fast food item too-i'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. I dont get upset when the guy ahead of me checks all his tires and adds air,,,some of you guys are in WAY too big off a hurry,,,hitting the top side of the trans in the parking lot
-
It does'nt bother me when a guy has pulled forward. The problem is, some driver's are behind the truck that's fueling, so when they run inside and the other truck has pulled forward, know one can get to the pump.
2fuzy and GAPrincess Thank this. -
All that in 5 minutes , huh ?
Gee , you don't even have to flag it .
