Freight Shipping, LLC aka TBLS Logistics

Yesterday I delivered a load just north of Shreveport, LA and got on the Truckloads app to look for another load. Wow! There were about a dozen flatbed loads all posted by Freight Shipping, LLC with some eye popping rates. The long hauls were north of $3/mile and shorter hauls around $9/mile.

The postings all noted we had to book online at a website starting with tblslogostics.com. My dispatcher tried to confirm if they were a qualified broker for our company. We both tried calling the phone number, but got a message saying to book online. Trying to get to the web address for the load was impossible. Google searches for either company returned nothing worthwhile.

Then this morning I look at loads on Truckloads again and all the loads disappeared.

Has anyone dealt with either of these companies? Are they legit? I ask because the message when I called made me almost think it was some sort of scam.

 

I've used Truckloads to book a number of backhauls. This is the first time I have ever seen this broker. Then they suddenly disappear the next day.

Fishy indeed.

 

Thanks for the confirmation. I wonder if Truckloads received feedback and blocked them. It was literally about eight hours from Friday night to Saturday morning, from over a dozen postings to none.
