I am pretty desperate... I have less thanva year of experience and haven't driven in over three years, unless you count that week of schoolbus driving and that week of yard truck driving.
Are there any companies that don't make you share a hotel room?

Next time don’t let them push you around like that and let upper management know. Holding it in is bad for you health and I doubt they’ll want to get a lawsuit going just cause they didn’t want someone wasting a couple minutes to piss or poop.

A solution, pay for your own room.
Ask the manager if they can give you a separate room for a nominal upcharge, they are more likely getting a larger amount with the two of you being there. -
Let's be real, he is just a number, just a driver, no one cares about the situation he is in.
Lawsuit for what?
It is his problem to deal with, no one forces him to take the job or accept the accommodations. -
You're going to spend how many weeks crammed into a sleeper with a trainer and you worry about sharing a hotel room?
