I would take it off and go to a Pete shop or there is a truck junk yard up I-35, you could try there. More than likely a shop will have to order a fan for your truck because of its age.

    OIL LEAK NOTE:

Like some have said clean all oil off well, then if you have a fan switch on this truck shut it off and let the engine run while periodicaly checking for leaks dont drive the truck while doing this, reason being, fan and wind under the truck can possibly move the oil around and make it look like more than one leak.

Just kind of took a quick peak at the truck this morning(busy with cattle), but "observed" quite a few small pools of oil! :-( Expected some leaks, but not as many as it looks like there could be. My plans are this afternoon, to jack the truck up a bit, so I can slide around on a creeper and inspect the leaks better. Don't have anywhere to have it steamed cleaned, but have quite a few cans of engine degreaser and a power washer, I can clean it up a bit, then see if I can find out where the leaks are developing. I might take my camera with me after lunch, and take some pictures of the oil leaks, locations, etc, and somebody may be able to tell me where they could be starting.
    thanks,
    Jim

I was looking at the tag on the motor, but couldnt hardly read all the information. Can someone decipher what I am writing and tell me what the Engine Serial # is?

I cleaned the engine up with 3 1/2 cans of engine degreaser this afternoon, then used my power washer to clean the crap off. I should have taken a picture of me, as I was as dirty as the stuff I washed off! (lol). After cleaning it up, it looks like I could alleviate quite a bit of the oil mess if I would put on a new pan gasket, as it is leaking pretty good along the drivers side and around the rear. Silicone must have been cheap as that is what they have used everywhere on this motor. In the first two photos (2253 & 2254), that must be the power steering pump? I noticed some red fluid dripping, along with some oil from somewhere? In the 2257 pic where the engine ID tab is located, I wonder why someone gooped so much silicone in that particular place? In the 2258 pic, behind the damper, is that normally a place that leaks? The last two photos were from underneath on the bottom of the tranny. It is hard to tell if the oil back there was blown back there from the pan gasket leaking or somewhere else?

Hope the front cover is not cracked in pic 2257. That sure is a lot of silicone.

I guess you could scrape it off and put JB Weld there if it is.

The best cleaner I use is to buy Purple Power, put it in a pump sprayer, coat everything, then pressure wash.

    The engine serial is 11451066

With all of the silicone in 2257, I'd say it is cracked and it may well have moved on down the front crank seal as seen in 2258. If I were you I would go ahead and replace the front gear cover as they're not that expensive anymore. Also....in 2258 I see something riding along damper....like a rib of a belt that got ripped off...? Something to think about.... Anyway, if you do this job...don't use silicone, that's what gaskets and o-rings are for. Hell, swing by Kansas city and I'll do it for cheap and the right way. Guarantee no leaks....at least not from the engine.

If that's something you may consider, shoot me a PM and we can talk it over.
