Only in government. Someone knows someone and gets them in. If one of us needed heart surgery and the main person, head of the unit says dont worry, i have know idea or experience, who sets up the operating room. .but you will be ok? Or send out a airline piolet, fighter piolet..well we have been trained by a person or people that know nothing about it. Or truck drivers..oh never mind not going there lol.

 

90 out of 100 drivers I’ve ever known? I don’t want them anywhere near such a position. I see no problem with this. A “truck driver” would propose silly and unrealistic ideas that would never make it past the review committee

 

That would be one loooooooooooooong state of the union address...
