My expectations for the changes pretty much match yours. Getting rid of that stupid 30 minute break would really help reduce congestion at fuel islands. Allowing flexibility with split sleeper that suspends the 14 hour clock will reduce the number of trucks in heavy traffic during rush hour.

I hope they dont do away with the 30 minute break. Nothing wrong with taking a lunch break. And you have 8 hours before you ha e to take it. With out the break I can see many guys driving the whole entire shift without a break, or trying to.
