    I have called them like 10 times in Knoxville and will continue to complain ... but not giving in and fueling there till they help us out ...

    One thing I think puts pilot over the top is the app. You can reserve a shower and fuel without putting any cards in the pump.

    That does really speed things up a lot. Every once in a while the system will go buggy somewhere and won’t work, but not often.
