    Oh look ! It's got a towing package built in straight from the factory. Right up front so it doesn't look so embarrassing moving the wrong direction. Now it will be possible to appear like it's moving under its own power.

    Uncle Boyd did but not anymore. Along with a nice 57 Chevy, Willy’s panel van, 47 IH KB1, and many others. All gone now sadly. He drove most of them into where they were parked. He was a wheeler dealer, I remember the 57 and the Willy’s being driven out. The 47 KB1 is now in Florida last I heard.

    Looks like you got the new Velvet Ride suspension they've been crowing about in the magazines. They claim that it's 200% smoother than any suspension they've offered before. That's real high tech stuff for the Charbroiler brand. I just hope that it doesn't make their mechanic's loose their minds when it's time to troubleshoot.

    There was this kid that worked at the WaffleHouse down the road from my house that looks like a young Sam Kinnison. Decent kid, except he was full off crap on some things (supposedly has a CrownVic sleeper that he beat a McLaren on a highway race..."sorry son, there ain't no amount of money that you can shove into a road going CrownVic that's going to make it capable of outrunning a McLaren on the open highway. That's like telling me that you have a Piper that can outrun a BlackBird.")
    Anyway, he had decent work ethic and always showed up ready to work and I do respect that.

    But then I hear that he's starting hormone treatments and preparing to do a sex change. And this was the kid that got in trouble making lewd comments to some of the waitresses...

    O yeah, it's the 21st century and everyone can do whatever it is they want to do and be whatever it is they want to be right? Only on the low end. Some dude can put a skirt on and 'identify as a woman.' I would like to identify as a billionaire. Maybe buy a nice suit and change my last name to Rothschild? See! It doesn't work on the high end. So, I've always been the type person to take what I am and make it the best that I can be. Not through money or surgeries and hair products and makeup because surgery, hair products and makeup will not change who you are. Change is internal, not external.

    "But Six, you don't understand...that kid, he's a little fat hog. Maybe he will be happier as a hoggette?"

    That's the part that doesn't compute. Take what you are and better it. I was walking at an outdoor concert once, when this massively huge woman calls me. She's a good 6ft wide by 6 feet deep and 5 ft tall. It dawned on me that I knew her from school. But in school, she was an attractive, shapely girl. She's at least 600 lbs now. Do you think she's happy? Even a 3 year old will realize that she can't be happy. Explain to a 3 year old that a 600 lb person is beautiful in their own way. "Oh, honey. She's happy! She get's her hove-a-rounds made by Kubota!" Then again, explain to a 3 year old why Uncle Frank is now Aunt Francine. The 3 yr old will just see Uncle Frank in a dress.

    Oh, well...everyone must walk their own path.

    @sawmill

    Is 191 south out of Rock Springs down to Vernal a better option than 70W considering all the snow/avalanche trouble they're having now?
    Coming from KCMO area going to Roosevelt UT

    Thanks

    No doubt SKOOLER, we're all just playing. All the Brands have their pluses and minuses

    The Guessers hinted around with some Snow a couple days ago but it seems to have disappeared from the Forecast.....bummer

    402 was the birth of left over 396 blocks. I had a 70 Chevelle with a 402 bored out and built radical. Fire the engine up and the hood would go down from vibration. Muncey 4spd linked to a 12 bolt I put all new gears in (4:11) with new bushings and new Southside Bars if you know what those are. It was flat out evil!! Trying to remember the intake I had on it, carburetor set at an angle instead of parallel with the valve covers. Machine shop ported the heads so much I lost one 6 months later..... waterway was thin and dumped coolant into #1 cylinder. Guy at machine shop came to my house and helped me repair it, and he supplied all the parts. I really couldn’t complain.

    Not fair moose, to the grill people. They most likely buy more steel than any automaker anymore!

    Well I had the $$$ to go all out and 7CB53D2B-B88B-4D52-8439-D40DEF9102C2.jpeg E83606BD-E294-44B1-9F6D-9F623D596376.jpeg look classy, just didn’t want folks knowing about my (side $$) so I settled for the less expensive version to hide my doings... :p:D
