    Back to real estate vs. trucking....

    Before the political sway I was just thinking how no matter what I've ever done at any time in my life, the grass is always greener on the other side. If I got out of trucking tomorrow and invested in real estate everyone would start praising trucking.

    I was a driver for almost ten years then got hurt and started in real estate and I am now heading back to trucking. I am buying my own truck, trailer, and authority this time and trucking will fund my real estate investing until it can support itself and me which could be a bit. There is a great website called Biggerpockets.com and it is everything real estate investing. They have a good podcast but they can be self absorbed at times so you just have to look past it. Real estate investing is very cut throat and if you don't know what you are doing there are 50 people there waiting to take you. Mistakes will not be forgiven and you will inevitably pay an education tax. My advise would be to find an agent that works heavy in investing in your area and come up with a plan ie.: flip, buy rehab and hold or sell, multi-family or single family. Get with a lender that works with investors as well. Start local then reach out to other cities that are doing well. I can help you find an agent if you msg me where you are. Don't go with just any agent as investing and finding good investment takes time to learn and a lot of agents are middle of the road with investing.

    You should have bought Boeing when he took office in 2016. My mom buys a lot of it, and can make more in a week with a trade than I make in a year. She invests a lot of money, but that stock has more than tripled since 2016 and it’s at mid $420 a share with an outlook of $500 or a split. Talk of war with N Korea and it goes way up. Also school shootings always mean big returns for gun maker stocks, especially with dems in office.
