Just saying, I have never seen a class one with a "K" condition on it, and I have seen a few. It is a medical requirement that may or may not include an "L" for hand controls and not a skills requirement. Not that it shouldn't be a skills requirement also, though.
Unfortunately......i'm not the least bit surprised.
