    Thank you for the advise.

We have filed on the bond.

Next day we received a email from the bond company indicating that New World sent us a check. I replied a "thank you and that we will not view the claim as settle until the check is received, deposited, and cleared." Check issued on 11/19/2018 and as of noon on Thanksgiving, no check has been received.

I believe, based on the date we escalated the negative rating on Central, the date we filed with Bond Co., and the date New World issued the check it appears that the escalation on Central caused New World to issue the check.

News at 11...as it relates to receiving the check and it clearing.

I would like to go to their place of business even if we receive the check and it clears, just to share my thoughts about why they put us thru all this BS for what they owed us. It makes no sense to me.

We have received the check and it cleared.

Took close to 2 months, a negative rating with escalation on Central, and filing a claim with there bonding company. This type of effort is uncalled for to receive a payment.

I would not recommend New World Auto Transport as broker. Very late payment and little or no response after the payment was late.

Thanks to all who provided suggestion and advise.

I'm glad it worked out for you. This year I've had 5 non-payment totaling over a thousand $, leaving negative rating did not do any good. Central will let anyone to post a load some just by looking at the name it has nothing to do with car transport. It seems nothing will happen to the people with non-payment either, I can see they are still on Central and they don't even explain why they didn't pay.

I believe the two things that got the fire under the broker's behind moving them to send the check was escalating the negative rating with supporting documents on central and filing a claim with there bonding company.

The negative rating remains and I have no plans to change it until and unless New World Auto Trans contacts us and makes a request. I use the rating when selecting a Broker. If not a 100% or #### close, I move on. Simple.

    Thanks for the input.

IMPORTANT: negative rating must be posted to Central within 30 days of the load posting date otherwise the THIEVES can have Central remove the negative. Central is very biased against carrier the people actually do the work get treated the worst.

I just, today, received the email from Central which indicated the 30 day rule and that our escalated negative rating is not valid. Now that I know, I will be a little quicker to post a negative moving forward.

So glad we filed a claim with the bond company and received the payment...albeit 45+ days late. Better late, than never...

    Thank you
