It pisses me off too. I know a guy with multiple trucks who has so many labor board claims against him that it's sick, all for not paying. He is behind on his payroll remittances a insane amount so you know his guys aren't actually earning ei or cpp if he's not actually paying the government. He milks every penny out of the company, has a huge house and nice cars and toys and all.....

Here i am struggling to get by with my 3 trucks and keep everything afloat and do things right and I see this Yahoo living the high life. Can't wait till it all crashes down..... problem is it probably won't, hell tank the company and start a new one.

 

That happened to my husband last year 2018 he got a $400 for the same thing. We have a few people who are after Ian right now for DLM Logistics in Edmonton for not submitting T4's and pay
