Definition of a "steering wheel holder"??

Reckon it pretty much speaks volumes as to the standards of his employer?

Sadly this video will not give recognition to all the other “Good Drivers”, employed by this company. The name on the truck shouldn’t automatically label all the drivers....... but at times it seems to, Swift for example.

I have a good Freind who is a O/O, the front of his classic W900A model was busted and new chrome bumper wrinkled by a ( Steeringwheel holder ). A 60 yr old steering wheel holder, with minimal training and only 18 months of experience, and apparently unable to think ahead since my buddies truck was on his left as he pulled out of his parking spot. Be safe out there, it’s a jungle.

 

A steering wheel holder team drives because they cannot back for ####.

A SWH nose dives into a parking spot even when a straight back is possible.

 

I consider guys who do no work other then just driving their truck as steering wheel holders. These guys literally do nothing else other then hold the steering wheel and if theyre asked to do anything else other then hold that steering wheel, they hem and haw about it until the cows come home.

 

Driver who doesn't pay for his own fuel and most of Volvo trucks lol
