Ok so as grabbing a end dump I’m also plan on purchasing a hopper bottom . Seems a lot of Ag brokers have constant work across the US with these ... so I need to know the difference between a regular hopper bottom, a low side hopper bottom , and a high side hopper bottom ? And what are the weight of these trailers ? What commodities can I haul with these trailers? My tractor is 389 78” stand up sleeper It weights with 2 110 gallon tanks full close to 20500lbs so I need to know what’s best light weight trailers on market ends and outs pros and cons !! Please thanks for the advice for those who reply it’s deeply appreciated .

A regular hopper gas about 72 inch sides, a low has 56s I think and a high is 96 inches, gets you more cubes for lightweight stuff. I'm not entirely sure on what the trailer weighs but I'm right at 32k empty with my triple axle and w9 with a 72inch sleeper.RockinChair Thanks this.

Do you have brokers and preferred load boards? Where do you get majority of your work from ? -
I've only found one decent loadboard. I pretty much haul for the same 8 or 10 brokers unless somebody else has something interesting.

Nice what region are you running ? And out of curiosity I talked to truckers before just to see gross figures what are you averaging gross income a year hauling hopper and you don’t have to give me exact figure just a ball park would be nice ? That’s if you don’t mind if you do no worries just figured I’d like to see what kind of return on my investment?
