I have mine posted on here someplace. Shows all your inspections going back 3 calendar years.

When a company says they are waiting for something like this, that's complete BS, cause when I leased on to CCC years ago, the guy verified everything in less than 5 minutes.

I'll tell you who else uses it, and there is no fee, at least there used to not be, Colorado DOT.

They'll have you bring in your license, and give you an almost level 3 - they ask for everything but your log, then they don't have to give you a clean report. But you can bet dude pulls up your PSP. If you have a history of log violations, guess what " SIr, can you bring in your logs too, I'm just gonna give you a quick level 3."

Shows tickets and accidents as well.

Only ticket i ever got was overweight axle violation, paid off now. For that overweight axle they also gave me an inspection which resulted in a fine and ticket for having no dot numbers on the right side of tge company truck.

Then that is what is showing on the PSP. See you answered your own question. I wish I could find the words to use that don't make me come off sounding like a condescending jerk. If you have problems with PSP you already know it. The same general thing can be said about your MVR and DAC/391.2X data. MIstakes can and do happen. However, you generally know if these things are good or bad before you even start looking.

Overweight and over dimension tickets don't go on PSP or CSA. The missing DOT number does.

I don't know about oversized but overweight most definitely goes on both.

Mine went on and it was 2 1/2 years old. When it all started. So it was there for 6 months only.

I got an over dimension ticket and level 3 inspection in California six years ago. It didn't show up on my PSP. I didn't report it to the carrier (Swift) either. I remember the FMCSA saying overweight and over dimension violations would be handled by "a different method". Maybe the policy has changed since then?

I got my overweight BEFORE csa and psp even started. I don't even think it was even a discussion at that time. I got citation AND inspection. It was 2 1/2 years old when the program started. I pulled up my psp and was surprised to see it there. So, basically, when the program started. It went back 3 years on inspections. I'm sure it was that way for everyone.

I would have thought it would have all started on the start date forward. NOT go back 3 years.

This happened on a local job. When the economy was crashing.

I think they booted the program with data from everyone's MVR. The whole program was justified by an act of Congress mandating the DOT to create a common repository for state MVR records. What they did has gone way beyond that mandate, but that was the genesis of it all.

The over dimension ticket I got was in California. It didn't come back to my Georgia MVR or to my PSP.

I don't doubt you did. The problem though is the MCSAP program has been in place for years and that data was being kept before CSA came along. I have no direct knowledge but I would imagine this data got translated into CSA. I don't see the FMCSA just throwing data away and starting from scratch. It will soon be 10 years now since CSA went online, that old data should be out of the system.

Ok so..what if you gave an accident but are not ticketed but report it to company saftey. Does that go on dac or psp?
I barely tapped the intake on a 379 that wasn't the greatest in appearance...needed paint job. Anyways i barely dented the intake at a truck stop. Wasnt ticketed but did report to saftey. No one in the other truck.
