What Rand McNally map shows hazmat routes in residential areas? The RM Motor Carrier Road Atlas shows truck routes, not hazmat routes.

An officer of the Department of Homeland Security? Look, I'm kinda sympathetic towards you, but you are obviously a rookie and you're interacting with experienced drivers. Don't embellish.

If its really their property line then no they wont. How can the road be so small that in order for cars to navigate they must drive on private property?

You couldn't tell this route was going to turn foul until it was too late. Once you pass the homes and took that turn alongside the river you were screwed it was a trap. Both my DBL and safety coordinating team looked through Google maps along with Earth and you couldn't see what these clowns had done.

So the rocks aren't breaking the law, just false claims of damage. Big difference

I just filled out an application for Schneider a week or so ago. In the section they ask about tickets and accidents it asks you to mention the date, location, describe the offense, and the outcome.

Somewhere on that application though it clearly asks if you've had any speeding tickets of 15 mph or more in the last 5 years and I am pretty sure it is on the very first page of the application.

So unless they've added that in the last four months (and they haven't because my dad was asked the same thing on his Schneider application when he went to work for them in 1994), you lied on your application...which is immediate grounds for dismissal, says so in all the agreements you sign at the end of the application.

Like i said, as soon as you were stuck, dont back up. Dont move. Call the cops. Like when you find a unmarked low bridge. Dont move. Call.

let's put it this way... the Department of Homeland security told them that if I was unable to get the truck out without the assistance of a wrecker that he was going to get his team out theretwith a bulldozer to plow steel beams and boulders out of the way so that I could get through there. The wrecker service proposed to my company to bring another tanker out there and unload my tank into the other tank so they can get me out of there. they came up with some crazy battle plan that the Department of Homeland security was not cool with it at all. if the homeowners were not at fault why were they all issued citations? Why did Schneider take a video recorded statement from me with their attorney so that they can go after them? After the investigation I found out that over the past three months that 17 trucks got stuck down there on that road all hazmat loads coming from the DuPont chemical plant. just because you own land doesn't mean you can create obstructions on a public Road. If this occurred in the state of Georgia I believe the homeowners would have been arrested. Just some ignorant rednecks trying to take advantage of a situation. did I mention that these clowns also called the media?

you need to get somewhere buddy. anybody coming here talking about working for Schneider they obviously dont have much of an IQ. The only reason why I went with that crap company was because there aren't too many companies that will train tanker. We all knew we was taking it right at the rear end by getting employed by them. they paid way below average and don't treat you like a man. You're nothing but a robot for them

Give us a street intersection that we can sat view. Then either screenshot with notes or explain where the steel beams and boulders were. If you would.
