Hey guys, has anyone ran into this problem? I recently had a truck come in to replace the turbo since it filled the one box with oil. After replacing the whole contaminated One Box with both DPF filters, we began a forced regen. After about a good 5 minutes the truck began to blow excessive smoke out the tail. We removed the one box and found out ut was filled almost to the brim with diesel. Im thinking it could either be a stuck doser block or a computer issue. Thanks guys.

I have seen this scenario many times. First remove egr hot pipe and inspect it. if you see fuel in that pipe then most likely there is a leaking injector. If that pipe is dry remove doser injector and check it for leak. If it is leaking replace the doser block.
