Again have them check the RIDE HIGHT

This adjustment IS NOT done with the leveling valve it is with the length of the rod from the leveling valve to the suspension or where the rod connects to the suspension there's an adjustment in there somewhere to change the ride height

1/2" to low and the bags are to soft and rides like ####.
1/2" to high and the bags are to hard and it rides like ####

And the ride hight is not the same on all trucks. Mine should be 7 1/2" (+ - 1/4"). I have mine set at 7 3/4"

    KB3MMX and AModelCat Thank this.

Again there is a specific height for them as well. Usually the suspension height valve has 2 bolts on valve that the arm attach to. 1 fixed and 1 slotted. If not sometimes the mounting bolts for the valve to the frame can be loosened and adjusted. Main thing is to get the proper spec from dealer mechanics. Mine for instance is 2 5/8” from top of spring stop to bottom of frame. On front drive axle.
