2012 Cascadia with Cummins ISX... 2 Fault Codes

Good Afternoon everyone,

On Saturday work was called off due to really bad rain, so took the opportunity to get an Oil change and lube. Before leaving the TA I topped off my DEF tank at the pump. Drove 30 minutes home with no issues. Yesterday I went to work on the rig for awhile as there was a break in the rain. When I started the truck, two codes were immediately shown on the dash in addition to the MIL light. It would seem both have to do with the DEF system. I checked the harness at the tank and everything seemed find. All hoses and connections seem ok. Not to mention the DEF fluid is completely full. Drove through some pretty hard rain, so I thought maybe water affected Connector or controller. Any insight would help! Codes and Truck info listed below.

-3031 spn
-Fail 2

Fault 2:
-Eng 0
-3361 spn
-Fail 12

Goodysnap, thank you for the input. I'll get out there and check the connector off the DEF pump again and see if there are any "rub" spots on the wiring.
