9.5% of. Gross linehaul is magically always higher than 9.5% close to 10% at times wtf

Yeah some times they take 9.571% last one was 9.9345% and I'm dumb I guess both escrow and my % are both based on gross line haul. So why would you then take the 9.5% + deposit it in the deduction part of the 70% Deductions then magically taken from there to the maintenance escrow acct.

Even if the 9.5% is in the 70% I have them on a dozen or more contract breaches he'll my dispatcher been here 8 years had no clue what an accounting was when I asked for 1 and was given a yearly pay and deduction summary truck payments etc. It wasn't escrow Specific so I know #### good and we'll they stealing it

Its right I got em cornered in a dozen ways they breached our lease lol he'll they have a guarantee min if line haul is 3500 + 700.00 gauranteed even if u 100,000.00$ in debt so I make the min for gaurantee they don't give me the gaurantee on payday I make em issue me an era for the pay they owe me then next week call that an advance and deducte it from the next settlement
