Glad to hear you are back up and running.
I have a 2012 T660 with the 455 MX 13. I’m seriously contemplating having it modified and having some parts “fall off” as well. However I’m hesitant as some people say it’ll cause problems later on.
I’m wondering if you’re pleased with the truck’s performance since doing it and if you’ve had any other issues as a result? How many miles have you put on the truck since the parts fell off? Would you recommend it?

I would recommend calling big rig power out of Edmonton. I am pleased with the tuning they did, and have put 60,000 miles on the truck since doing it. I haven't had any issues with it other than what this thread was about, and this turned out to be my fault, since I did the physical part of the tuning. I didn't have a problem keeping the truck stock, until I took it to Kenworth to fix it and they had no idea what they were doing. If they are going to add expensive emissions systems to their trucks, then their technicians should know how to fix it when it breaks.

Hey I had it ordered from Ohio and overnight it here since my local dealer wouldn’t sell separate . Fixed check engine .

Ok glad I found this thread. My tuning is done and hit a bump and parts fell right off. Lol. Anyway.. this is happening except mine will create 20 psi and then once the engine is up to 200 degrees and conditions are right, it will then boost to 30psi and run like a champ. I have had a computer on it checking the VGT actuator and the waste gate actuator and they seem to be fine. What sensors should I check/clean/replace that have to do with humidity/temperature... cause when she runs I have noticed she runs really well in hot and dry conditions.
And what is the best way to clean the turbo and EGR valve system
