Any advice on Schneider for a MN new driver? They've got a 2 wk on, 1 wk off program but it definitely doesn't sound Regional. Much like CRE they've also got a one year contract for their training, but that seems to be standard, unless I go pay for the training on my own. Any input would be appreciated.

Not sure if you have seen the site pumkindriver.com but there is a bunch of folks from the road, as well as their training school that go on there. Some of the TE's do as well.
Hope that helps,,
