very nice truck. did you have any confusion driving her down with the speedo set up in km? Also, do you mean by Canadian built that she was built in Canada or to Canadians spec's?

Yeah, it was built in Canada. From what I understand, Peterbilt shut that plant down last year some time.

It wasn't confusing readint the odometer, cause it also had MPH, but the numbers were really small, lol. Kinda like our regular odometers having KM, but small numbers.

The confusing part was converting Km to miles, lol.

    km / 1.6093 = miles

    The Challenger Thanks this.

Yeah, not sure if I have a closeup of the center covers on the rear axles, but I finally had to call out today for road service. Had a flat on the inside rear. Took me about 30 minutes just to get the center cover off, then the tire man had to use 2 jacks. One to raise the axle, and the other to raise the frame so the tires would clear the fenders. What a nightmare it was, lol

Just feel lucky that fender isn't in pieces!

But nice truck! I like the old double headlights.

Not sure. I'm about to change out the bumper, I hate it. It sits 6" off the ground, and I've drug it a few times here in the oil fields that I go into. I'm tired of worrying to death about it all the time, lol.

Still trying to figure out if I wanna put chicken lights all over it, or leave it the way it is. Personally, lights look good, but are a PITA most of the time. I kinda like the "Stealth" look of no chicken lights, lol.

Would also like to get some of those big fancy front fenders for it, but will have to talk to the boss first, lol
