Did you go to a frame shop and ask them to check it?
Maybe that's the prudent thing to do ... get another set of eyes on it to see what it could be.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Not yet. Did have all the tires shaved and speed balanced to no avail

That's where mine was broke when I replaced it In October

The new one is too high? Maybe the other side is simply weaker than the new one? The way I read original post, old broken spring was also too high. Only time I had similar issue was on a front spring. The frame was bent. Had it straightened. 20 yrs ago,$1000 for 4-5 days of twisting a little at a time. Truck went back to original. It was a 92 WS. Around that time WS had issues like yours, they used 2 leveling valves. Upgraded design used 1 valve with all air bags Plumbed together by adding T s . Maybe affected air bag is a end run on your Truck? Adding a T Onto it maybe? Or another air bag is leaking at the base. Very common to leak, hard to find. Spray with soapy water. What’s left to check? Torque rods all good on axles?

New spring is the low side. Empty is about 2/8ths difference

I looked up the Z spring design. Only thing I see is wear pads and the shins. I’m sure you already made sure They didn’t leave one out when installing new spring

Ok last comment, maybe wear pads look good on outside, but are wore on inside from the pin. Good Luck, hope you figure it out.
