Air suspension ride height not level

Check air bag top bracket. Usually slotted where it bolts to frame. Has some wiggle room, for adjustment.

 

Ride height for Hendrickson HAS type for most International suspensions is 9.5" +/- 1/8" measured from the bottom of the frame rail to middle of the axle housing of the front drive. This is also about 12 1/2" of air bag height from top to bottom.

 

I was thinking same a 3/4,” plate between top of air bag and bracket. But if you already tried, maybe that points to a lower air pressure going to bag.Id study the plumbing adding a T or two so they’re all getting air equally.Maybe the frames twisted a little from years of torque. Whatever the cause, maybe related to reason spring broke. Hopefully can figure it out, Mine is riding rough now, I think I need to increase the cut out on compressor, Guage shows 115 lb. I don’t trust the guages. Thought I’d mention that, air pressure setting

 

Yeah especially since passenger rear is in middle of run. It should be getting same pressure as the others. Oh well just an idea.
