Is Smith Transport from Roaring Springs PA any good?

Hey all,
'Im omw to Smith Transport orientation & can't seem to find a whole lot wrong with the company, it's 48 cpm, with 2 weeks out 3 days home, and I typically stay out longer periods, I was guaranteed $1,000 for my 1st 2 weeks and $1,000 orientation pay. I was told I could get the truck I wanted if it wasn't the 1 I was assigned after orientation. But it may take a bit and some routing to a different terminal. I was told by many drivers here as long as I can tell my DM no wen I need to I'll be fine and make money. I have to say I'm excited about the change. But am questioning why there isn't as much info out there about Smith Transport

So here's my question, what Information do you have about Smith that I need to know....?
Do you have any good things to say, or bad things to say? Any specific details or people here ud tell me to stick too or stay away from.?

My dude I was talking about this specific company as I'm already at their hotel waiting for orientation Monday. Please if you have any I fo about Smith transport let me.know

 

No paperwork signed, haven't been thru orientation. That's in 2 days. Which is why I'm.asking for.info. I've talked to several of their drivers at the truck stops so I was comfortable with coming and.the recruiters didn't promise me anything I knew they couldn't deliver. Everything from what I can tell seems good and that's why I'm asking for info here, to see if.im.missing anything

 

Have tried, not alot.of info in them to the otr side, mostly older posts or regional info.
