well i found out why i was the only one left out of my orietation class of 18 after only after 4 months. my guess is they woke up and smelled the coffee before i did.ok to start barely get any milage unless you run illegal, you will get written up for log book violations catch 22. no layover pay. holiday pay has been cut to 50.00 a day. i started before thanksgiving so due to the dates the holidays fell on on missed 2 days without pay for xmas an new years. no holiday pay until after 90 days. i was dispatched out of the harrisonburg terminal and not one dispatcher is clearly on the same page of music as the others. the have qual-com for what reason i do not know why, because you put in your hrs of service and they never check to see how many you have available for that day.hence you are dispatched with loads that you cannot do legally, you tell them you dont have the hrs. to make the appt. time you get written up for late appt. or make the appt. and get written up for logbook violation catch 22. nuff if you would like more info. on them let me know and i will fill in the blanks about missing paychecks.

Agree 100%. I worked for them last year, lasted almost 3 weeks. Liars and thieves is what I saw. The truck I was given, I wouldn't put outside for my dog to live in. When I quit, they charged me for all the training expenses including sitting in their class. They deducted about $500 for me to leave. They change policies as they need and you can't win. For sure the worst company I've worked for.GMjunky87 Thanks this.

Since this is my first posting, I'll make it a loooong one.
I was one of the NAPA "Not A Preplan Available" drivers that did'nt smell the coffee soon enough, after almost 7 months I refused to leave out for a load the day before my MIL passed, (she was one of the good ones) and first they said I was fired if I did not run the load. "So be it" I said and took care of family first, Then I get a call asking if I was still working for them, I told them I thought I had been fired, they said they knew nothing about it, I refused to go on a run until I spoke with the owner. Until that time I was told to bring the truck & keys to the shop, since it was snowing I told them I was not willing to risk my life by bobtail'n 40 miles, they asked where the truck was and said that they would come get it, (Big mistake on my part)
I'm now basicly being black balled by them on my DAC report.
They have me listed as "Unauthorized location, Without notice" Now granted I am filing something with USIS, but have been told this could take weeks/months. I AINT GOT WEEKS... Not to mention that they took my last paycheck by adding all sorts of charges to my check, Ie. truck recovery, key/lock charge, accident camera/kit. they even charged back to me the $200 they gave me during a 3 day breakdown to pay for food/hotel... OK, nuff said.. I'm outSpiderfront, GMjunky87 and brokerage Thank this.
