Being BlackBalled by last job

Lie. Tell them you had told the company, but they had a lack of communications problem, therefore they had forgotten you told them. Trucking companies lie to us, so why not lie to them every once in a while. Stay away from the big huge companies.............

I agree. lie. they know DAC sucks and companies always file crap pretty much any time you quit. Arnold put a unauthoized use and truck abandonment on my dac. Luckily I was smart enough to take pictures of the quailcome mesages where they told me to take the truck to the yard closest to my house (not there main yard)

 

so what was the real deal? you deadheaded home when you weren't supposed to or what? that's what I did. they always tried to get you into the terminal on the weekend and there was no freight. they had security and once you were in the yard you were stuck!. I refused to come to the yard. sat out on the road waiting for my load. (this was a "home every weekend" job and I had missed the previouse 3 this exact same way) they kept trying to get me in the ard but I wouldn't go. after 4 hours with no load I deadheaded home. .... bamm. unauthoried use. Luckily once I have the pic proving the truck abandonment was BS they don't believe the other one either

 

well I take back what I said about lieing. I'd think that was a good enough reason.

it's just bad now. Chances are your not finding a job has nothing to do with the dac even if they say it is. If they needed drivers they'd hire ya

 

I had an unauthorized deadhead one time, back when I was with Arrow transport. They pissed me off sooooo bad, that I deadheaded to Tulsa Ok, from Chicago. They messaged me about 7 hours or so later and asked me why I was in Joplin Mo.......I told them your getting your #### back and I'm a nice enough guy to bring it to ya.

They never put it on my DAC though. I don't know if I have anything on my DAC or not.
