I don't know anything about Dot Physical can someone explain it to me my blood pressure is normally 126/82 will that get me to pass. What else i need to pass?

What if my sugar is high where does it need to be? if i pass everything else will i get a 2yr card

Yeah,I dounno where its supposed to be- I think its more on seeing If your Urine is real Dark Color which means your Dehydrated

You can get your sugars and blood pressure down by watching what you eat and drink plus a brisk walk for 30 or 45 minutes twice a day. With a 30 minute brisk walk I can get my sugar level to drop 50 points.

If you have sugar in urinalysis and know it. You can fast for a Couple days and pass. Get your self a glucose tester and check your levels. Normal people should be under 100 after eating.

As to the blood sugar thing. I HIGHLY recommend you fast beginning at around 6PM of the night before the physical. Do NOT consume cola, coffee or tea that evening at all, drink water, in fact drink at least a quart of water. Watch your carbs that night as well. DO NOT EAT breakfast or consume coffee that morning. If you are weak go buy some of those glucose pills at any pharmacy. I keep them with me all the time. What will happen at your physical is they will get you to pee in a cup. They will dip a testing strip in the pee. If there is no reaction your good. If there is a reaction it means your blood sugar is over 160 and you have protein spilling into your urine. If you take it easy with cokes and coffee the day before and watch the carbs and sugar then fast you should be OK.
If you are very heavy watch out for the sleep apnea thing. Hopefully, you are not.
