    Go to a primary physisian first. Easier to have issues adressed and treated before walking into the DOT physical blindly.

    when you answer the questionaire, do not, I REPEAT do not mark yes 'do you snore', 'do you ever feel faint', etc., etc., answer all questions as if you are the epitome of health.
    If your are taking any prescriptions, you must list those, as they will check your medical history file
