Make money in NYC by snitching on idling trucks

It's NYC's boneheaded mayor.

Here's what you do. Call in EVERY government vehicle you see. Especially cop cars. I'm sure the cop cars they'll tell you don't count. Don't care, waste their time the more time you're on the phone with them being treated like an idiot is one less call they can take.

Finally when enough government workers have had their time wasted or harrassed by inter departmental memos, they'll either quietly drop the program or stop enforcing it.

Personal favorite remains, he attended the Groundhog Day celebration photo op,,, and killed the groundhog!!!
