My husband starts school on Monday and has a job offer from Gordon Trucking (GTI). We live in Southern Ca. so we thought Gordon would be a good fit for him. Does anyone have a opinion on GTI? We want him to start out with a good company. After reading though the forums, it sounds like he's only going to be making around $2,000 a month for the first year. That's kinda scary. Any Gordon drivers, please let me know! Thanks.

There are several threads on Gordon. Use the search feature at the top of the page, and set it to search threads. From what I have read on the threads, it's a pretty decent outfit.

GTI is a pretty good company to work for. And $2000 a month OR LESS is what you can exspect to make anywhere as a new drivers. Most new drivers get about $35,000-$45,000 the 1st year.
