We need more information. How and why are they a bad place to work?
The more details you give us the better we'll be able to spread the word.

 

In what way do they not know what they are doing? Dispatching? Are they maybe trying to dispatch 12 trucks to the same load? I hate when that happens!Truck maintenance? Such as not refilling the engine with oil when they do a service? Not changing the winter air from your tires? Putting drive tires on the steer axle?
Maybe it's payment. Do they pay you every 6 months, when industry standards are less than that? I know I couldn't live on a 6 month paycheck, but maybe some can. Is that it?
Could it be it's their hiring practices? Hiring less than stellar characters, for example. People who think they're bats? I've met some batty people (no disrespect intended, @Frank Speak) maybe that's what the OP is talking about.

So many unanswered questions.....
