TRU NORTH WARRANTY...ANY GOOD??

HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRU NORTH/FREEDOM SHEILD WARRENTY TODAY March 26, 2019

Hello I am going to SUE YOU for the denial of my claim...

But first things first, I need to request Arbitration to the Authorized Administrator for the denial of this claim under my warranty. The claim started on February 25, 2019 and you denied it on March 7, 2019 and from my understanding of reading my warranty this is the process, so let’s get this documented and the ball rolling.

As it stands right now the truck is at NC Eagle Repair facility in New Caney, Texas having been hijacked by a redneck diesel mechanic named Larry (Who thinks he’s going to make a #### ton MORE MONEY BY PUTTING A MECHANIC LIEN ON THE TRUCK because YOU COLLEGE EDUCATED IDIOTS DENIED THE CLAIM and (WE) Joshua/Michael Mitchell, don’t have $4,700 to give this dummy)...Larry is a highly uneducated person who gave a FAULSE CAUSE OF FAILURE report on claim #F-DJ35339-4 to begin with.

Anyway... we have contacted Freedom Finance department to update them on the situation and also Joshua and I had a conversation with Ms. Brooks the Repossession department in Dallas.

Matter of fact I RECORDED the conversation to present in the future hearing on this matter with my attorney and there’s no reason why y’all shouldn’t hear it now because a Judge of Law in the God Fearing County of Mecklenburg North Carolina will make the final decision...
I’m sure Judges in that County are not too fond of crooks in big office buildings taking advantage of Owner Operator Truck drivers and screwing them out of all their money to the extent they suffer heart attacks.

(Now the reason I posted this on this Forum is because I read there is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT in the making. If this is true and correct please contact me as I want to BE IN THE FRONT LINE TO SUE THESE #####ES!)...because we’ve lost out truck due to this.
Found out their repossession rate is through the roof!! And it’s all a scam. Over 50% of the trucks Freedom Finance finance are repossessed at some point before the end of the contract. And that’s because when these trucks break down (and they will because they are designed to do so by PACCAR) Freedom Warrenty will deny the claim. Therefore kicking the truck back to Freedom Financing for repossession. Once the unit is repossessed they run these trucks through auction and recoup what it’s worth, they been got your down payment long time ago when you financed the truck plus all the truck notes you make on the truck every month. AND $5,200 for the Warrenty itself that don’t cover ####....

So that’s the game. MAKE THE CUSTOMER buy the warrenty in order to finance the truck. INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE WARRENTY IN THE FINANCING @ same interest rate. Blow sweet smoke up the Owner Operators butt hole to make them THINK their covered when the truck breaks down. Once Truck breaks down...DENY THE CLAIM... DENY DENY DENY!...confuse the situation by assigning more than one claim representatives to EVERY case and send conflicting emails if you have to! LIE!!.. AND take your sweet assed time RESPONDING TO EMAILS and only respond to emails at the end of the day..say 3:45 pm and rush the CRAP out the repair facilities so that they will run out of time or get frustrated with the situation enough to say IM DONE and seek payment from the customer.
Screw the customer. Kick these trucks back to finance for repossession! There are plenty of gullible Owner Operators that are going to bring us their life savings to purchase these trucks!! THIS RACKET COULD GO ON FOR YEARS AND YEARS!! WE ARE UNTOUCHABLE AND SAFE IN THIS BUILDING HERE IN MECKLENBURG COUNTY NORTH CAROLINA!! Don’t nobody panic, keep your face off of LinkedIn (God forbid one of these pissed off Owner Operator truckers we’ve SEVERLY SCREWED over sees your face and comes through that door!!)

Wow im buying a truck from patriot truck trhu freedom finance and im gonna take my warranty back to 1’year cause im reading horror stories about their warranty. Then i will find another
Warranty for the aftertreatment system.

 

I wish I would have read this earlier! I was also denied a claim with trunorth. Twice

Don’t go with trunorthi did that with my first truck and basically they always find an excuse not to pay for repair... then I felt kinda stupid...

Think about it... how do you think they make a profit.. not small profit enough profit to build a company hire employees and all the cost a company has to deal with and then make a profit...
